mr shaz has a partially torn tendon at the top of his shoulder bone , getting some physio done on it -- waiting for the appt

Hi @Shaz51. Sorry to hear abt Mr Shaz part tear tendon in the shoulder. Not surprized, as it sounded so much the same as I went through when I had the same. At least he is getting early treatment which will aid recovery and prevent frozen shoulder. Hope he gets in to see physio soon. Was it suggested that a cortisone inject may also help? Though, just thinking about it, I may have had that for the frozen shoulder rather than the torn tendon.
