@Adge, do you think anaesthetics (when having surgery) contribute to teeth problems? My mum always used to say that. It would explain some things about my (also dry mouth from meds).

No problems @Adge! Yes - LOVE coconut cream and pineapple juice - and they go so well together in a Pina Colada!

I'm not sure @Mazarita I don't know much about the after-effects of anaesthetics.
I definitely have more dry-mouth issues over the past 3 years, since my 3 major bowel surgeries.
I had large doses of anaesthetics & painkillers (via drip) in hospital.
