@Failed . Well it's been 10 almost 11 years since my Workplace stress and Trauma caused my mental health breakdown. I'm still on WorkCover. They pay for my Psychiatrist and Psychologist appointments. They pay for my Psych Hospital stays. They pay a fortnightly cleaner to clean my house and a fortnightly gardener to do my garden.. All this cost to them. Could have been avoided if my Workplace had followed their own policy and procedures and looked after their staff. Insurance companies need to hold businesses accountable for unsafe work practices. I used my old employer and we settled out of Court one month before the hearing was due. I was happy with the payout. But I still don't think the company or any of the senior staff have been held accountable for my injuries.. How has your journey progressed? ... View more

@Shaz51 . My son came up for a short visit today. We didn't get a chance to go to lunch or dinner, unfortunately, but it was great seeing him. I miss him a lot even though he's only 2&1/2 hours down the road. He works long hours and is quite busy, so I only see him when he has time to pop home. I'm very happy for you @PeppyPatti . Sounds like things are settling into place nicely. My Mum helped me get my last house. That meant I was finally able to buy this little house in country Victoria. A huge blessing. I made a Latch Rug Cushion of Santa Claus last Autumn for my nieces daughter. I'm thinking I might order a new kit and do another one this Autumn. I only do a few rows each night.
