365 Project

Re: 365 Project

today i am thankful for having caring parents that never fought or argued.

Re: 365 Project

Today I am grateful for having a computer ... which is a long way for me to come from regarding them as necessary evils.

Re: 365 Project

Today I am grateful for my physiotherapist. I saw him today and he worked on my neck problem (it's been locking up lately). My physio has also helped my legs for walking.

Re: 365 Project

Yesterday my dreaded vic roads letter came ..

but YIPPEE I get to drive for another month and the suspension is only for 6 months. I am grateful that that will be through the summer months.

I think this thread is actually a good discipline .. I am sure many people are not as able to count their blessings as we here at SANE forum are ..not just a bunch of whingers ... but whole people with feelings appropriate to circumstance .. there is always a reason.... cheers

Re: 365 Project

Oh no @Appleblossom,

I was really hoping you managed to not get the fine, it will be tough for 6 months, if you are in the city i suppose their is public transport, if you are unlucky enough to be in the country i hope you manage.

Yes you are absolutely right @Appleblossom, we are all pepole with all the motions and life experiance the world can throw at us, i am glad we are all so diverse, i am glad for the sane forums.

@Bill16, you actually climbed a mountain, i am so proud of you, i bet the sight from the top was spectacular, i have only ever climbed 1 mountain when i was in scouts.  it was a beautiful sight.

Today i am gratful for my sleeping bag. it is so cold here today

Re: 365 Project

How have things been goin in your world Jacques?

Re: 365 Project

ah not good, a little down lately, that is why i have been a little quiet here lately.

Ii have been going out to the shed for a few hours each day, i am making a entertainment system in their, using old car audio equipment, speakers, head unit, etc.  i build a speaker selector from scratch, so i can select each speaker dependently, it seems to work, 6 speakers in all, the head unit has a preamp built in so does not sound too bad.  4 X 6.5" speakers and 2 X 4" Clarions.
