Today I am grateful for my physiotherapist. I saw him today and he worked on my neck problem (it's been locking up lately). My physio has also helped my legs for walking.

Yesterday my dreaded vic roads letter came ..
but YIPPEE I get to drive for another month and the suspension is only for 6 months. I am grateful that that will be through the summer months.
I think this thread is actually a good discipline .. I am sure many people are not as able to count their blessings as we here at SANE forum are ..not just a bunch of whingers ... but whole people with feelings appropriate to circumstance .. there is always a reason.... cheers

ah not good, a little down lately, that is why i have been a little quiet here lately.
Ii have been going out to the shed for a few hours each day, i am making a entertainment system in their, using old car audio equipment, speakers, head unit, etc. i build a speaker selector from scratch, so i can select each speaker dependently, it seems to work, 6 speakers in all, the head unit has a preamp built in so does not sound too bad. 4 X 6.5" speakers and 2 X 4" Clarions.
