just arguing with mum, arguing with pop, expectations creeping up. pain isn't helping. just really over it all. asked for help and everyones 'too busy' @Gazza75

I am sorry @outlander, they should be a lot more. Considerate and thoughtful than that.  Especially your mum. I imagine the pain just making it worse and unbearable OL. Can you step outside and away from it all for a while??

its dark and raining outside here @Gazza75 so don't really want to go out there. I cant really get away though. even with pop in his bedroom it doesn't make a difference. my mother is playing the guilt cards and as hard as it is and upset its making me, I cant change the next 2 days so she will have to step up instead.
ive taken pain killers but it hasn't done anything.
