Are there barriers or limitations to physical activity that you notice, and what are they?
@Former-Membersaid: "A big barrier that's come up for me in the last few years is a big change to my energy levels- they've really gone noticeably down".
Me too, Definitely - especially since my 4 major Bowel Surgeries (& a 5th).
So many major surgeries has taken a lot out of me - As well as leaving me with a dysfunctional (inadequate) Digestive system, & a permanent risk of a Repeat Hernia, as a result of those Surgeries.

There’s a whole lot of people just been selected for Tokyo @Anastasia who all had their start in little athletics so it’s not an impossible goal but there’s smaller goals to achieve along the way.

I like what you said @Peregrinefalcon about having a plan. That definatly works for me from an accountability point of view and having something to measure progress by.

That’s why I have my bike in front of the tv living the dream at the back of the peloton in the Tour de France. Magnificent scenery, forget about everything just for 30 minutes a day @Peregrinefalcon @Daisydreamer @Determined @Adge @Oaktree

@Adge You have certainly been through your fair share of surgery. It can be hard to adjust to our "new normal" after significant changes and accept our new limits. Such a huge learning curve

Question 5... I find motivation in especially around that massive lockdown period that just by getting out of the house is good for my MH and the feeling of not being alone just by seeing other people even though they are strangers a simple good morning or hello made me feel that I wasn't alone

Our last question for the night Q6:
Finding something enjoyable can help you get started. Let’s brainstorm as many activities as we can think of that involve physical activity (feel free to get creative!)
