@Peregrinefalcon Yes, on bad days just walking to the fridge and getting something to eat is enough exercise for me. I have had to learn self love and kindness if there's a day I just can't get out the door. I used to beat myself up terribly if I missed a day. But I'm a bit older and wiser and some days the brain and body say no and that's fine too.

That is such an important point! I remember last year when everyone was getting weights, bikes and yoga mats to do activity during lockdown. For many, it did encourage exercise and getting outdoors where possible 🙂

@Eve7 we have our bikes set up in front of the tellie also.
The other day the peleton had 5 km to go at the same time as I had 5 km to go.
They were finished and I still had 3.5 k to go lol.

etc....
