I'm glad I chanced somewhat serendipitously across this chat, thanks so much for the advice.

Thanks @leitor @NikNik @GonePirate @Former-Member @Sehnsucht and everyone else who asked great questions, and made some really brave and open posts.
I think we can learn so much from each other, and by contributing to these discussions we are helping to reduce the stigma and misunderstanding about mental illness.
We should not be afraid of mental illness and as a society we should be supporting each other as best we can.
So thanks to everyone for being open and honest and for a great discussion.
Also thanks for the book recommendation's!!!
