Here are some tools that voice hearers have identified that help them cope on a day to day basis
What are some tools that you could use?

@Former-Member
Thanks for sharing!
We all experience strange things we cant quite explain, the phone rings and we know who it is before we pick it up, Feeling a passed loved one nearby, seeing things out of the corner of our eyes, hearing people call our name. Some can't be explained and some can. If you are concerned they best thing to do it go and talk to someone. Talk to your GP, I know you mentioned earlier you were worried about doing this, but these experiences are normal, and you should not be afraid about asking for help.

Great question @Former-Member If you can manage the experiences you are having, then no need to get help!
You did seem a bit worried, so I was just suggestiing (becasue i'm not a doctor or a clinician) that if you wanted to talk to a professional, or if you were worried at all, they Doctor is always a good option. 🙂
So many people hear voices, or see things other can't and manage these things and never see a doctor. But if its impacting on the way you think, feel or act, thats when its a good idea to get some help.
