Hi everyone,
I’m new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I live with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Like many of you, I have good days and bad days — today happens to be one of the bad ones, and that’s what’s brought me here.
Right now, I’m feeling pretty lonely and stuck. I’m in a marriage that feels uncaring, and it leaves me feeling trapped and unseen. It’s hard carrying all of this inside, so I’m hoping that by being here I can connect with people who understand what it’s like to live with these struggles.
Thanks for having me, and I look forward to being part of this community.

@Stuart9726 hey Mate, I go through the same more bad than good days. I left a marriage where it was like I had no right to have any feelings
