Hey everyone first time on here , seems like a good tool to have. Just recently taken the step to come back online after hacking affected me , ptsd sufferer , suicide survivor, live with bipolar more the lowside, gotten back on medication and engaging with community mental health team , I've had this intense fear of my phone that also led to fear of being followed and living in fear of others . I am slowly becoming more confident and taking back my life , wanted to share my experiences and chat to others to gain hope and peace. Thanks for reading ✌️

Hey @Everlong82, thank you for sharing your experiences with the community!
Sounds like you have been through a lot, and it's heartwarming to hear that you have found the Forums and think it's a good tool. It's really hard to share and be vulnerable, so you are being really brave in reaching out to your peers.
I encourage you to continue to connect with the community!
Take care
