@Kindandpositive i know so well what you are talking about, for i often suffered the same situations in the past.
Have ever had counselling for this before in your life? such can be enormously helpful!
Have you considered ways to vent the anger before it gets this bad? (When anger was at its worst in my life, i used escape to a deserted place, preferably a beach, and scream out all my aggression, until i run out, and hoarse, that helped a lot, seeing things clearly again. )
have you ever recorded why/when you are feeling angry? i also found doing that consistently to be useful understanding myself and my triggers.
Finally is there any music that can help calm you down? i used to have specially selected music that would help me overcome my angry raging.
(ways like these songs describes)

I find when I'm too jittery and anxious or even just angry, that going for a long walk and listening to music helps me get the energy and emotions out.
With the weather slowly becoming warmer I'll need to do yard work soon, I find that can also help get out excess energy and improve sleep.
I love weeding because while I'm essentially destroying something, it's actually better for the health of the garden. I call it: constructive destruction!
Hope you get the sleep you need ❤️
