Hi,
I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Hi @oceangirl
Sorry to hear you are not doing so well.
I too find it hard to open up to professionals, especially when I am not doing well.
Do you see a psychologist too?
Sitting with you hun 💕

For the first 10 years I had a lot of difficulty putting words together and speaking in therapy. I guess over time I got better so I cant shush up, but I remember long struggling silences well. SOme of that may because some i mportant deep issues are in that area where words are inadequate ... the preverbal and the spiritual.

Hi @oceangirl sorry you're having a rough day. I struggle to communicate too so can empathise. It can be so frustrating when the times you need to be able to open up most is when it's the hardest.
O hope you're evening gets better
