Still up - was watching a strange TV show... The 100
Not your fault @Former-Member - just so sad for the children who need much much more help & support.... Also, I've already used my 10 psychologist visits & I'm now on the chronic disease management plan, but have to pay some - thankfully me my psychologist is very genourous & is charging me only half price - that is 5 visits & then I will have to use my private insurance (which has also reduced benefits while charging more!)
Yes, only a short run - but that was the only option & for some reason I feel a lot of compassion & desire to help the Nepalese - I donated when the earthquake happened & then I brought a vegan bag (I got my first leather bag about 6 months before I became vegan, haha!) & a beanie from a Nepalese stall at the markets.
Farmers markets sounds a great idea @Former-Member - healthy eating is vital
Namaste,
A

Hi @Jacques hoping you've had a better day today.
I'm having dukkah crusted barramundi with freekeh, brown rice, red capsicum, pepita seeds, spinach, lemon and herbs. Sounds fancy but it's a Super foods frozen dinner! Thought it was worth a try.
Going to skype with my kid now but will be back later.

Hello @Jacques!
Nice to see you. Looks like a health dinner.
I went to the local Indian restaurant twice in the last 24hours. I had a hankering for a dosa. First time (last night) they were closed. Today they had a spcial weekend buffet set up for the Winter Festival that's going on here so no dosa... AGAIN! But alas, I'm going to have a virtual dosa instead.
Other than that. My week's been same old. How's everyone else's week been?

Hi @eth and @CherryBomb,
Wow, looks like everyone else is going with Indian food, mum is having curry chicken 🙂
I am feeling ok tonight, i have eased up this week being a full time support of one person i play games with, i was struggling to support two people, plus family problems and contact.
Buti have made an effort this week to care for myself as best i can. i have been struggling to sleep, but i am hoping for a good night tonight, i am so tired.
Wow @CherryBomb, you will be tired of Indian food by the end of the weekend 🙂 it is really yummy though, i struggle with spicy foods, but i always have a craving for them.
hugs to anyone who needs one, it is nice to be the weekend. i am having a quiet day tomorrow but will be visiting my aunt on Sunday.

Sushi tonight, too lazy to cook.
The weekend. The down side of a public holiday is that you need to cram 5 days of work into 4. Busy week. Time to rest - last quiet weekend now for awhile.

Oh, looks like I just missed @eth, will have to catch her later. Let's do dessert later!
Heya @mrkotter! What type of sushi do you like? I got a local sushi train nearby and am a fan of the good' ol' avo roll.
@Jacques you're such a caring person. SO caring. It's good that you're making efforts to care for you. Hope you get some decent sleep. Is it much cooler where you are? I sleep like a log in winter. I love it.
What a horrendous week we've had in the news. How is everyone going after all these events? I'm turning off the news this weekend and going to a festival instead.
Who else is about?

Just that rubbish they sell at woolies. If I thought to walk down the road I would have done a lot better. Whoops! Too tired to think it seems.
