Any dark chocolate is good for me @Former-Member Not so much the milk choc.
I think Rum & raisin dark chocolate is probably my favourite (no it doesn't really have rum in it)...

@Faith-and-Hope no not really - I mostly cook vegetarian recipes that I get online. I love any kind of chutney, especially mango or tomato - your sounds good.
@Queenie and all - my mum always said chocolate makes you happy therefor it's good for your mental health!

Hi @Faith-and-Hope, I just saw your interest in indigenous recipes. Have you tried sop sop from the Torres Strait? It's basis is root vegetables like yams, taro and also coconut milk and banana. Delicious!
