Looks delicious @Appleblossom
Sorry to hear that you're not doing well @Jacques. Can you get out for a walk this week? I must say @Jacques, I admire how much support you can give despite the fact you are going through the rough times. You're very caring.

One of my favourite dressings was Masterfood's mustard sauce. The big two no longer stock it because it doen't sell well enough for them, but I found the independents have heaps of it on the shelf. They also have lots of other items that the big two no longer sell. Might be worth a look??

I just got back from holidays this week in NZ. Spent a week here at Mt. Hutt... actually in Methven a small town close to Mt Hutt. It was really nice to get away to decompress after a few stressful months.
I know that going away on holidays is not always possible for many of us, but going away was a good reminder about how important it is to take a moment to unwind.

@CherryBomb someone at work pointed out earlier this week that I've not worked a full week (m-f/8-4) since mid-Feb and it's been getting to me all week. I got an email yesterday saying that I've been getting behind on paperwork, and they've decided to put off giving me an extra room till I catch up. I understand, it makes sense, but...

Hi everyone,
Just checking in to say hi on a Friday. This week's been okay. Home made pizza here tonight and a shared bottle of red wine. Chocolates for dessert. I'm bringing enough chocolates for everyone after the mains.

@Crazy_Bug_Lady it sounds like the combination of having someone point out your workload and falling behind is creating pressure. It seems like on one hand you understand that you need some time off for your mental health, but on the other hand it seems like you feel like you should be doing more. Does that make any sense @Crazy_Bug_Lady? I feel like I'm rambling tonight. I actually got quite unwell on my trip, on the mend now, but my head is a little foggy...
