thanks @Bill16 looks like another long night, i can really feel my liver and spleen tonight. i might take an anti inflammatory to help. yeah mum bought it for me when i was 15 second hand in 1995. mum used to keep an eye on us messing around on the motorbike to make sure we didn't get into too much trouble. went out every weekend on her, had so so much fun. rode it until i got my car license, i should have gone for my bike license then, would have been easier than now. i found a triumph rs 955i for sale, hoping it does not go too high in price, thinking of buying it, the latest bid is $101. would be a cool project to work on.

..I just did some very basic back stretches/exercises used to do regularly once. couldnt do too many but its a start I guess lol
