hmm fridge nearly empty here now. bought so much food for xmas , then because visitor coming. hopefully things bit healthier now, esp after getting weighed yesterday , ha

oh. I thought of good idea. when brother was here got a nice whole chook fm takeaway shop was like $15, as noticed supermarket ones now up to $12.50. night and day , they are so much better and tastier.
