@Oaktree Makes sense huh? Why overwhelm yourself with sudden and abrupt changes sending you into a tailspin. Even going from meat-eater to vegan takes some length of adjustment. I think nutritionists would agree. I've seen people going to vegan using a specified timeframe of over a year or more. That is what they were advised to do
