..oh .. my internet is sorted ..was very worrying, tried 3 different phones/modems, after using 2 of them in weird Bermuda Triangle of Optusness re bush had to reset keys etc, could not find, no sleep, got it fixed somehow ..

oh ..was looking way too often at EAP poster in smoko room ie employee assistance thingo, which have used years ago to not much effect, ie no use at all .. there were about 7 'signs' to look for, including some I wasnt aware of ..think I was ticking boxes for at least 5, and usually do for 3-5, think I call it my personality der lol  ie up, down, inconsistent reactions.behaviour, over friendly or grumbly/silent/alone etc..
