oh they talk up fresh @StuF . even frozen stuff fm supermkt ok mabes, just I never get it cooked right through.
got silverside in fridge , was dirt cheap re my meat glut. might as well start cooking it and warm place up lol

I think it's ordinary weather you are? Feels cold here...kinda weird- it's been colder than this recently, temp wise etc, but tonight just feels worse
Anyway, bed soon, and I will be warm enough! lol

temp relatively warm compared to what it has been @StuF just Ive not been exercising , so turned into cold frog. barely getting any sun. was taking vit D might have to re-visit that

I don't drive anymore but definately not at night.
Mr Rockers my carer. He does all driving. Don't need panic attacks anymore.

My weekend involves continuing the clean out I have been doing this week, then trips to the op shops. How about yours,@Glisten? Maybe I'll bake a cake. It will be quiet but productive. Keeps me out of trouble.
