It's always hard giving support to someone who's coming off an addiction, especially when they're quitting two highly addictive substances @PeppyPatti , so the fact it's rough isn't a reflections on you, it''s the nature of the problem. You both may find it less difficult with the support of a drug and alcohol counsellor or psychologist who deals with drug and alcohol issues.
I had an uncle who was a drug and alcohol psychologist, and a friend of mine was a drug and alcohol counsellor, so I know there are some very good ones out there...and there are support groups you could go to such as Al-Anon and Naranon for the families of people dealing with their addictions.

@Bunniekins cars. That is going to take some thinking. My very first car was an Austin suffered from hitting a ver large pothole which I repaired and sold. A few Holden's. Maybe some others which don't come readily to mind. Did have a Datsun 100B and 200B but mostly Toyota's which are my favourite. Currently have Toyota Corolla Hybrid hatchback ZR. That's all I can think of at this moment.

So who had what for dinner ?
Gormet icecream for dessert.
@Oaktree how are you ? I saw my youngest son for coffee early this morning.
How is study my friend ?
There is something extremely kind about you. Intelligent.
The operation was successful thankyou @Oaktree . The aftereffects of the head injury stuff has been extremely mind settling. Iv forgiven myself for so much about recovering from an operation to understanding why it takes 6 weeks to recover if I hope on a plane all the way to California.
But back to matters at hand.
How are you and Mr @Oaktree ?
How is TAFE ?
