I juice 🥤 about five carrots a day.

i got a juicer and used it a handful of times, used to do  ginger, carrot, celery and apple, v. healthy. used to get all the waste (heaps w cheap juicer) and set it in pinapple jelly and make myself eat it lol @Glisten

used to work w people who went to both places

think Phuket more touristy, vietnam, depends where you go, there are even moderate climate places , but guess there are lots white people there as cant bear humidity lol

I have no interest in Thailand or whatever tourists do there, would like to see vietnam but climate mostly yuk /unbearable (literally) well same as thailand re unbearable , but hey
