Hi @outlander @CheerBear @Maggie @Former-Member @Shaz51 @CraftPoppy and all crafty critters here! I hope you've been having fun doing crafty things lately. As for me, I finished a beanie early this morning. See photo below. I'm now also in a beanie mood since it's 4 degrees and freezing here in Melbourne so I'm planning on knitting some of them up for charity in the next few days on 4.5 mm knitting needles. It helps that I've memorised the pattern so I can pick up the knitting and just continue.
I look forward to seeing all of what everyone gets up to in the next few days and weeks.

Sounds like the beanie will come in handy with that Melbourne weather @Judi9877 ๐๐ And it has my favourite colours in it too .. purple, green and blue. Very nice. ๐

Thank you. I just so happen to be relearning, or refreshing my crocheting skills. I use the term skill very loosley. My mum is an awesome knitter and crocheter, has made so many amazing things for family and friends. ,I have made longstitch tapestrys, refurbished furniture, attempted knitting, but its not good for an old shoulder injury. I also enjoy sewing, but don't do enough. I would love to have a go at woodworking to but there is nowhere local that teaches. my not straight practice crocheting, A cute little flower, and probably the best granny square I have ever done.
BEFORE my tv unit was the old red stain and i wanted to brighten my house
Finished
The final piece all set up
