@Faith-and-Hope You know what is between higs and hugs.....hogs π, maybe not a fan of that ππ
@CheerBear , @Faith-and-Hope Just had a call with help centre to put humpty together again. You can tell it helped lots, I was driving myself insane to the point of really bad thoughts. What also just helped was a message from my therapist with a ππ» as she talked with my psych. ππ» that she canβt make the job capacity assessment. Iβm so hoping I can rebook it.
i just want time to work myself out, create a functioning human.
How are you? (To anyone reading who wants to reply) ππ€

Sounds like a busy weekend @CheerBear . Smile on my dial that you are having chill, not heavy, not complicated time with friend π.
Its time for this black duck to try and do some thing. Kind of feeling shattered mentally from todayβs events but a little calmer too. I should know by this afternoon when jca is and if therapist can come.
