Oh, sorry to hear it was triggering. I can imagine how disappointing that you can’t see her again until next year. Such a long wait. @outlander

Yes, talking about traumas is very hard @outlander
I understand.
I do know that, the more I talked about my traumas, the easier it gets.
But at first, it’s very hard. 💜
The memories do get easier as time goes by, they are always there, but eventually it won’t affect you as bad.
Sorry it’s so tough for you at the moment. I wish it wasn’t so.
Ugh! Just having dramas with D now. I get cranky easy, because I’m feeling so stressed, then I feel bad for being cranky. She’s not doing anything bad, I’m just soooooo stressed. 😳😩

Too hot outside @outlander
But just put air con on.
Will get a cuppa soon too. ☕️
Have to head out later I think.
Not keen on driving still.
I wish you had someone in the real world to share your pain/hurt with.
Thank goodness you have good people on here that you can chat with that care and understand.
Its harder to keep the hurt inside.

Thankyou @outlander
Maybe some day I’ll feel like finding new friends.
I’m too exhausted to be around anyone lately.
When I’m out shopping I often see people from past hurts, it’s hard.
My home is my hide away. Hoping that will change.
