I'm not great, but OK enough @outlander
I couldn't see my support worker today, but I had a brief chat on the phone with her. She is going to try to help me out with a few things. I also told her a little about an anniversary coming up in January, so we'll go over my safety plan again and rework it if needed.
Nothing else has changed really. It's the same things, different day. That's why I'm so triggered as well, because nothing changes much, and it feels like I would need a big shift to start to feel better about stuff.
I'm going to log out now lil Sis. I hope you get some rest tonight. Hugs and hugs my angel.

Always awake late @outlander
Trying to get to bed earlier. Wasn’t too late last night. We don’t have daylight savings.
Morning to you and all.
