Hey @MDT, I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling a bit lately and that you haven't been feeling great. I'm really pleased to hear you have an appointment booked with your psych though- I wonder if it'd be worth seeing if they can put you on a cancellation list in the event an earlier appointment becomes available if you feel this might help? I'm also wondering if there's anything else you might be able to do in the mean time to help you get through? Maybe a gym session or playing a videogame for example? Please don't hesitate to reach out to somewhere like Lifeline (13 11 14) or Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636) if the feelings are becoming too distressing though. Hoping things improve for you soon and wishing you strength to get through in the mean time.
