Tell Us About Your Avatar

Re: Tell Us About Your Avatar

Star Wars is the old “good against evil” story. I have watched the original three but haven’t seen all the prequels and sequels . I think they are making more in the series. A lot of good lessons to be learnt there. And a lot of relevance to everyday living.

I hope you do well in the exam @MDT I won’t distract you anymore for now.

@Former-Member way to go👍😊

Can’t wait to see what you choose @Former-Member.

Re: Tell Us About Your Avatar

@Former-Member. I love your picture. To me it's a soothing calming image. No sharp colours - just focusing on the tree and water.

Re: Tell Us About Your Avatar

My avatar is a Cocky. That's my favorite Aussie bird. When I meditate up on my mountain, I tune into the sounds around me, and the cocky is always there. I know to many people that their screech would be annoying. To me, it reminds me of the connection to nature I feel when up on my mountain.
So these cockies are my brothers and sisters.
The image I downloaded from the Internet. I liked this painting. But it's not mine.

Re: Tell Us About Your Avatar

My picture is a lovely, Fantasy Woodland Angel, very beautiful. long flowing hair, with Wings that look like Feathers. She is very kind & gentle, loves all of creation, takes good care of herself so as she can be there for all to help,& to love, both animal, & humans when they need her. She loves to bless & protect all creation, when possible with her magical gifts, & her warm comforting support & smile. She is often mistaken for a fairy, because she plays games, & is a cheeky & playful, with lots of energy & childlike appeal, just like the fairies do. She gets rest & revitalizes herself through, prayer & trust in GOD who created her. After all GOD created Angels, & fairies are just a smaller version of an Angel! 😉
Who loves Fairy Dust?
Children do, & so do I! 🙂

Re: Tell Us About Your Avatar

Thanks @utopia for seeing it like that. I love the photo too but I think I picked it for the wrong reasons. Maybe I can find one similar that has different meaning😀

Re: Tell Us About Your Avatar

Love this thread @soul! And am looking forward to learning more about the people I see here 🙂

I'm CheerBear one of the original Care Bears from my favourite cartoon when I was little. I watched SO much Care Bears, and think I learnt so many valuable lessons from it 🙂

All the Care Bears have an icon on their tummy that represents them called a Belly Badge. My avatar is Cheer Bear's belly badge. My power is that I can create rainbows and I'm described as a "happy ball of pink fluff". I'm not at all always a happy ball of pink fluff really, but I think deep inside I do share some traits with tv Cheer Bear (and I wish I had a rainbow creating super power) 🙂

Over time the Care Bears has changed and they look different these days because of technology and animation advances. My avatar is the original carnation pink of Cheer Bear's fur.

Re: Tell Us About Your Avatar

Great thread @soul mine is a lotus flower. They struggle to grow through dark muddy water and produce the most beautiful flower. Each night, they return to the muddy water and bloom again. A symbol of our struggles here and the beauty that comes through each and every life.

Re: Tell Us About Your Avatar

That cockatoo is so you @utopia. Every time I see one now, I think of you. A bit outrageous and so magestic. A bit like the king or queen of the bush although the kookaburra might disagree.
