I have felt that at times myself @outlander
if you could try & imagine what it might feel like, does that maybe help?

That clear picture sounds like a great blueprint to finding and building communities that you value @chibam

I would be interested to hear what your picture looks like 🙂

I wanted to get back to this @Daisydreamer , because it's important, but these discussions move so fast...Smiley Wink

It's a place where relationships are paramount and indispensable.

It's a place where we focus on making life worth prolonging before we focus on prolonging life.

It's a place where happiness is pursued before safety.

It's a place where sadness is driven away and never cultivated. If we lack the capacity or strength to turn our own sadness into happiness, we can count on our community to do their darndest to do it for us.

It's a place where life isn't compulsory and suicide isn't a taboo. The people there are truly free: including free to leave when they wish, without incurring the wrath or misery of their peers.

I could go on with the subtleties, but I think that's enough for people to try to digest, for now.

What would your dream community/ies look like?

In a broad sense; what first came to mind was a beautiful diverse group of misfits who challenge the status quo, having fun doing it & being able to be themselves & share that with the world. Hahaha….

To go into it a bit more I guess, a group of quirky & unique individuals from diverse backgrounds who are happy to be and express themselves in the truest manner that is right for them. Who represent all walks of life and bring varied perspectives and life’s experience who can respect, encourage & mirror each other their strengths and individual qualities which contribute to a whole ecosystem.

What do yours look like? Mine is more vague but are there more specific ones like a support or leisure group for example?
