π¦Spotlight on:
Last month we hosted some new activities including a new discussion Letβs talk about Emotion: Introduction. The Let's talk about Emotion discussion series will cover 4 emotions including Anger, Fear, Sadness and Happiness, allowing us space to explore how we feel emotions, the role they play in our lives and ways we can cope.
We started the discussion with the first discussion on Anger and are now discussing Fear. You are more than welcome to join in!
Last month, we were joined by one of our amazing Peer Ambassadors for Topic Tuesday talking about Body Image and Eating Disorders. Among the conversation, we spoke about the important messaging of Body Image and Eating Disorder Awareness Week, Respecting all Bodies, and what that means for each of us in our lives. Sarah courageously shared her story of recovery, and her tips and thoughts for those who are on their own recovery journeys. Check out Sarah's story and the Topic Tuesday discussion here Topic Tuesday // Body Image and Eating Disorders // Tues 28th September, 7:00-8:30PM AEST
