I hear you, @Birdofparadise8. Our feelings can be really hard to navigate, and I, too, sometimes wish that we could control them, but unfortunately, the only way out is through - we just have to feel them.
I am logging off for the day but take care of yourself and we'll chat soon ❤️

You will gosh that makes my day @Blackbird11
I have to footy tomorrow night and a small brunch thing at the uni res for like two hours on Saturday. Other than that, I'll be alone in my awful mind; I will still study and cook, though.

Will you make phone calls to family?
Footy will be fun! Have you been shopping for things to cook? I just did my grocery shop and it was super busy! Hang in there @Birdofparadise8 💚
