I didn’t get much sleep last night. The thoughts just wouldn’t stop.
I got up early today since I didn’t sleep. The thoughts are still really loud. They just won’t stop.
I have managed to clean the kitchen so now it’s hygienic. But now I’m just on the lounge wishing it would all be over.
Thank you for checking in

Hot tea with honey @rav3n hopefully that helps get you better in time for tonight.
I have a Pdoc appointment tomorrow and a psych appointment Tuesday. Mums dropping her dog in tomorrow for me to babysit until Tuesday night. Then I work Wednesday to Sunday.
My Pdoc wants to change my meds. I think I need it because I shouldn’t feel like this with all that I’m on. Once she gets me out of this depressive episode she is going to finish the adhd assessment. It’s hard with bipolar as the symptoms are quite similar.

sounds like a busy week, how are you feeling about babysitting your mum's dogs? do they get alone with pix and jett?
oh so the med change is happening tomorrow? i really do hope you feel better once those meds get changed up. how do you feel about the adhd assessment?

In the winter I take hot water with lemon and honey to work. The truck cans are airtight so the germs stay inside the cab! @rav3n
Jett and Keiko are best of friends. They run wild together the second they see each other. Pix plays along too. So it’s a noisy household when they are all together. She isn’t a problem so it’ll be easy enough. Mum looks after mine all the time so it’s only fair that I look after hers.
Hopefully she is going to do it. She said last appointment that she would. I am worried about how the process of changing will affect me but if it’s for the better than I just have to survive it.
My psych has just been diagnosed with adhd and can see it in me. It’s looking like I do have it but the Pdoc wants to wait and see first before confirming it. I feel like is another diagnosis but it can also cause depression so if the treatment helps with that then I’m ok with it. Anything to aid with recovery. It’ll also help my psych understand more what is going on with me and work better towards recovery.
All I want is to be on a better path.
I have just mown 1/3 of the backyard! I can’t believe I have done that. But the bins are full now so I think I’m allowed to sit on the lounge for the rest of the day.

i think i might have to start doing that in winter too! i'm sooo sensitive to colds/flus, i reckon hot water w lemon and honey would be a good preventative drink. @Captain24
aww glad they all get along, sounds like it's gonna be a chaotic few days hehe. what breed are all 3 of them?
yeah it does take some time to transition into new meds hey, hopefully it goes okay.
oh yep, i see what you mean. i know you mentioned having difficult starting things sometimes like with chores, so i wonder if this diagnosis can help get you more support around that too. i really hope it works out in your favour, you deserve to feel your best.
you're on a roll, kitchen cleaned and 1/3 mowed lawn - woohoo!!! time to reward yourself with resting on the lounge.
