Hi all....
I don't know what is for dinner - my partner is sleeping at the moment.....
We had a strange day.... The hospital gave him an appointment to see a surgeon & when he got there they said there had been a mistake & gave him a new appointment for 2 weeks time. It is so frustrating - no one seems to care he is in pain, but me. He had his cycling accident over 2 years ago & the hospital has made countless mistakes.....
Anyhow, we went to a cafe & shared a vegan pizza - because after all it is our 13th year anniversary this month (I don't remember the date due to ECT & he just doesn't remember the date, so we make it all month...) I wish we had the $$ to celebrate more - he did say earlier in the month we could go to the beach, but I don't know if it going to happen...
I feel asleep in the car on the way there & way back (3 hour round trip) - & then went to bed when we got home. I couldn't sleep for awhile last night, but didn't know it would cause that much exhaustion.... I thinnk my partner may have accidentally given me a higher dose tablet of my antipsychotic....
Anyhow, I'm feeling quite low..... life is just so exhausting... I'm feeling fat... I'm feeling hopeless...
Sorry to hear you are low too @Jacques *hug*
Namaste,
A

We are looking for so topics or questions related to stigma for the panelists. If you feel up to it, it would be great if you guys left any thoughts here
Is anyone here dealing with any of the floods going on at the moment in Vic or SA?
