As I had to be rolled out of hospital (think Violet from Charlie and the chocolate factory, Ronald Dahl ) I have had a cup of soup and crumpet to moderate a little. Have looked up some vegetable curries today I'm keen to cook so maybe that's next weeks Friday feast.
