hey @Shaz51 im going ok, had my last appointment for the year with my psych last week. she wants me to find a long term project to keep me occupied, so i have a purpose. still working on it.
mum is going well at the moment, she had a rough few weeks, i think she was stressed about the new kitchen.
my partner is ok, she may need another hip operation because they have messed it up, it is not healing properly and she is still in a lot of pain.
how are you and mr shaz going?
