I did crow pose today!!!! I kept trying maybe 15-20 times - could do it for 1 sec (that was surprising enough), 2 secs, 3 secs & finally 4 secs!!! Yay, I've finally done an arm balance!
Thanks for the encouragement - I know yoga is not just a physical practice, but a way of being & I'm trying to embrace that... I just wish I had the energy to do more running as well *sigh*

Sorry for not staying on here last night. I ended up falling asleep on the couch for a few hours and then went to bed.
My anxiety levels are not too bad today. I did have accupuncture done and I fell asleep while the needles were everywhere on my body. It was so relaxing.
