@NikNik He is a young man about 26 ... he looks in our direction with fear or a quizzical look when she is laughing ... she is actually a nice person and he is "difficult" ... but I have to tell her to stop it cos its upsetting me now. I am quite clear about that boundary.
How do you deal with the concept of "the big personality" and where is the line from that to "bully"? This is regarding the lady I am having the clash with.

Sorry about the SH @Crazy_Bug_Lady I was thinking about it tonight when cooking .. but manage to distract .. if I didnt have duty of care for a child .. well manchild .. I am not sure I would have motivation ...
get that heifer ... the love and care will be worth it ... I am sure it wont be a disaster .. you are too diligent ... trust that about yourself.
