Hey everyone - happy Friday! Thanks for the tag @Shaz51 .
What lovely images, and the themed Feast Nights sound like a wonderful idea to perhaps bring back.
Tonight is Creamed Curry Chicken and Veg with Rice, and I made a Cucumber Raita to go with.
Tomorrow nights' dinner will be the same too.
Dessert will be the Atayif (Semolina pancake for ease of description) filled with Cinnamon Apple cooked in Lemon Syrup left over from another dish I made earlier in the week, topped with a spoonful of cream.
I've had a good last two days, which makes for a big change from the previous few months.
It's lovely reading about what everyone is doing and what they are having for their own feasts.
May everyone's weekend be everything you'd like it to be!
