Hi everyone. Sorry about the down times many of us are having. Glad to hear about some of the good news too. And to see and hear about the yummy food. I love Italian food. We are having home made pizza for dinner, partner cooking as usual. Ours will be with a quinoa flatbread base. This is what mine would look like if I was the virtual chef I can be at Friday Feast, hehe:
This one is vegan cauliflower pizza, especially to share with @Former-Member. There's plenty to go around for everyone!

I love the Italian vibe we got going tonight. How wonderfully thoughtful of @Mazarita to bring in a vegan and gluten free pizza for @Former-Member. Sorry @Former-Member for my creamy pasta.
I'm sorry to hear about the low times a few of you are having. I've heard that food intake can be an attempt to control things when things feel uncontrolable. Can anyone relate to this?

Hello everyone, plenty of action in here tonight.
Just in from bowling & wasn't sure what I was going to bring. But got a call from mum on the way home & she won a seafood platter at the club raffle tonight so it's balmain bugs & prawns all round.

Hi @Former-Member
One virtual pizza coming your way and an extra for the children. How are you today? Glad school is over for a couple of days for you.
Today I still have a bad headache and sore back after my fall on Wednesday but a bit better than yesterday and the day before. Spent the day in an out of bed sleeping. Mood is basically okay, just physically troubled. Should have gone to the doctors really but wasn't well enough to get there. Pretty sure I've just strained muscles in my neck and back. Will be seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow and will ask what he thinks about it. It seemed like a very innocuous fall at the time. I went over backwards mid strum of the ukelele, lol!!
Hey @Drac0, good to see you. I like your avatar image every time I see it.
