Sorry @CherryBomb, i am from central west NSW, it was 34 today, it gets really hot here. but we are meant to have storms rolling through tomorrow, thank god, my lawns are almost dead, i have tried to eekp the water up to them, but the trees are sucking up all the water!!!!!!

@CherryBomb yeah I'm in SA. It's been warm here lately. Really warm, which is not fun at the farm... Really dusty. Bit scary considering it's just Spring We still have Summer to get through. We lost about 50% of the farm (paddocks only, no animals or property) to the bushfires at the start of the year, so it's a bit of a worry. You can only be so prepared...

We've had over 100 fires burning in Victoria this week. Two were only 5km from where my home is.

It's a lot of effort trying to hide how you are really feeling.
I would hate for my girls to know how things are for me. So I try to pretend I'm happy and nothing is wrong.

yes it is a heavy burden to bear, none of my family know how bad things are for me, i always try to smile, and pretend everything is ok too, mum does not even know the half of it, i spend most of my energy on watching how i act and trying to be normal, it is so hard.
I am sorry you have to pretend Karen, but i am here for you to release your feelings. you don't have to pretend with me.
