We talk about all sorts of stuff @Bill16 , varies session to session
But this week was my concerns about my co worker leaving (I really like this job, but him leaving would make a huge - negative - difference), being called up for jury duty (my psychiatrist wrote a letter to have me excused, but that didn't work, so my GP has done one now) and my meds change (had been reducing but decided with the other stuff going that I wasn't really coping, so went back to my normal dosage)
So yeah, we just talk about whatever is having an impact at the time

Good plan @Bill16 🙂
But certainly raise something if you think your psychologist might help you gain better insight or something. They're literally paid to listen to you! lol
