Another hot day here. Diabetes playing up because of not being consistent drinking hydrogen water and disrupted sleep due to heat. Cat is indoors. 33 degrees today. Just had cherries, crushed weetbix, coconut yoghurt and hemp seeds for brekky. YUM!

@Former-Member Hey SmilingGecko hope you can get some relief from the heat. steamy here but not hot weird tbh. had specialk with red tipped bananas and low fat milk. will have a shake a bit later. take good care of yourselfxxx

Thanks for reminding me @greenpea got to get the tummy fat down too. Will be more consistent. I hope you enjoyed your breakfast. I will juice some leftover kale and apple later. Don't want to toss out the kale so will juice it instead. @Oaktree is listening to frequencies to get her we!ght down. I'm doing Rife
