just got up ask cold, well was turning a/c on and off as thought was running a temperature. I was comfortable mostly. Got to toilet and trying to p and throw up at same time lol, lucky finished one b4 other, ha, was like water from 2 inch hose yest just pouring out, this time a black horrible mess w chunks, never smelled anything so foul and Ive spent years in mine plant w all sorts of chemical gases lol ok I ended up taking charcoal for wind pain yest as all this was starting. feel ok now, just hope its last time. think no more food hey, ended up having couple small mutton chops later on last night. might have to go on honey or molasses or something if still throwing up. once a day not much tho.
