Ah well at least you are done for the day @StuF Have been listening to Merkabah and Violet flame frequencies this afternoon. Had a brilliant morning Zoom session with the founder of Human Design's successor today. I feel like I'm heading in the right direction. I'm noticing my consciousness lifting with Merkabah frequencies. Got a beautiful opal crystal in the mail yesterday. Not much more to say. Glad to hear you enjoyed work today with your colleagues. I'm glad they offered you that lovely paid job. It makes all the difference doesn't it?

Hey guys,
it’s my son’s 30th birthday today. I don’t know how he is 30 already. I must be getting old… We are going out to dinner tonight. I am going to pop over to his place later to drop off his present. I bought him a bottle of spiced rum. Looking forward to celebrating this evening
