took rubbish out, had shave , tap not leaking, think do some washing will dry in10 mins if wind doesnt blow washing off the line lol 45kph w 60k gusts 

@Meowmy @StuF  lie down time.had 1 litre of fluid so far incl coffee.well, dietician says tea, coffee, water all count towards fluid.my parents only drank water in summer lol.

Woman Cold/Man Flu nailed me twice currently on antibiotics.

My daughter is the same but worse. She let it go too long.
