can try shoe glue and clamp it if you were attached to old boots @StuF
think wear them around house few times today will help for work, but boots these days can be comfortable straight away hmm not brilliant re me , but circular w motivation. down to a level I remember from taking meds. being a bit more careful about what I eat after yesterday
