@TAB housing is going to become more regulated. An online group I belong to had a meeting at another council chambers talking about it. I did not go but watched it online. Youre going to have to have stuff like insulated ceiling and walls, double glazed windows and everything electric, solar panels and solar battery. Every house will be graded according to energy efficiency, it will be compulsory to have these modifications in future just like electric cars. Gas cars are being phased out

Yes @Former-Member the staff at the vet clinic were wonderful and rather facilitated with the cat being so domestic.

Its yuk weather in Melbourne very hot. I have been trying to keep cool @Glisten. Almost impossible. Just threw together a salad couldn't be bothered cooking in this heat. Your A-frame must be hot this time of year

@Bill16 hey my friend, how's the weather down your way? I checked BOM this morning and it looked like the valley of swans was going to get a watering. I checked again this afternoon and now I think I was probably looking at the wrong region because there is definitely no rain a comin' this way!

Whether or not they are climate deniers is another thing. I don't think this rollout is for the specific purpose of keeping everything energy efficient @TAB 

I'm doing ok @ENKELI considering. I'm drinking lots of water and trying to keep cool. Hows your monster air-conditioner unit going? My really ancient old clunker of a computer printer was the same before it broke recently! I spoke to someone from Officeworks and got a feeling all the new models aren't manufactured too well.
