Good morning I just attended a 90 minute Human Design conference. Its an esoteric system for improving your life. Great content very empowering. Looking forward to embracing the new and shifting internal dialogue to be in proper alignment with what I choose to have in this life in terms of what I want to do

I hate it when I get sciatica @TAB back ache can be the worst. You will exercise when you are ready. I'm still figuring out what is working and what is not and starting slow for the new year in terms of exercise again. I intend to take stock to see what is the best approach to take, like leaning gently into exercise and enacting small steps each day to realise that goal. Its an 11 Master Day today, the cat and I walked through a cosmic portal with Human Design. The cat was looking with her third eye today
